I have worked with David Hunt (D-ABFA), Alexandra Klales (D-ABFA) and Cris Hughes (D-ABFA) on forensic anthropology cases in Virginia, Kansas, Missouri, and Illinois. Previously I interned with The New York City Office of Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) for a year during which I participated in various casework and human remains recoveries. I also worked on a research project detailing the patterns of dismemberment cases in New York City (read about it here). I have also worked with the Peruvian Forensic Anthropology Team (EPAF) for two field seasons excavating Somali Civil War victims in Somaliland, where I am responsible for constructing biological profiles, conducting trauma analysis and forensic photography.
My work with EPAF was documented in a two-part documentary Kill All but the Crows, which aired on Al Jazeera in 2016. You can watch the films here (Part I) and here (Part II).
